NPR journo says Biden & Harris attending WHCD is an 'endorsement of the important work of the press'

The White House Correspondents Dinner is Saturday night, and CNN is doing some serious over-hyping of the event here:

“That everyone will be talking about”? If by “everyone” they mean lib media and other Democrats then yeah, maybe.

President Biden and VP Kamala Harris will apparently both be in attendance and will be joined by a throng of self-congratulatory “journalists.” NPR’s White House reporter says Dem politicians and reporters all having a good time together will signify the importance of the press and their work (it actually signifies something else but we’ll get to that in a minute):

That speaks volumes, just not the ones the NPR reporter thinks.
