NY Times explains Biden's 'decision to keep the news media at arm's length' (and then some)

This week the New York Times editorial board wrote that President Biden needs to do more to prove his age isn’t an issue if he expects voters to elect him to a second term to “finish the job” (no thank you):

Instead the Biden White House just keeps doubling down on the basement strategy, and the Times says that’s deliberate on the part of Team Joe:

Iran
The loss of Saudi Arabia to the China/Russia axis
