The Justice Department’s special counsel looking into the situation of classified documents being kept in President Biden’s home in Wilmington (as well as the Biden-Penn Center in DC) might want to take a look at yesterday’s New York Times for some investigative assistance.
Part of the problem appears to be “hasty packing,” which of course Biden didn’t do:
"Hasty Packing" of documents he's had nearly 50 years?
This is embarrassing even by the already low expectations I have for the NYT. pic.twitter.com/5isVjstqwu

It’s real, and it’s spectacular:
The account of how classified documents ended up in President Biden’s personal office in Washington is now at the heart of a special counsel’s investigation into whether the documents were mishandled by two aides. https://t.co/OqMNF4Ox5B

And then Biden’s aides put the papers in his Wilmington garage next to his Corvette?
It's like they didn't know they had to move out on November 3rd…

It came as a complete surprise!
Let he who hasn't hastily packed TS/SCI documents throw the first stone.

Biden’s White House lawyers will appreciate this latest media assist.

And then of course the Republicans pounced on the hasty packing.
