The Left can always count on much of the media to help them out when it comes to naming and shaming people and businesses that aren’t falling in line. Here’s the latest example from an Ottawa newspaper about a café owner who has been forced to close due to threats over hacked data showing she donated $250 to the Freedom Convoy:
The owner of Stella Luna says she regrets making her $250 donation to the truck convoy, saying she thought it was a “peaceful, grassroots movement.”
She made the donation Feb. 5, when police were calling the protest“volatile and dangerous." By @GetBAC https://t.co/cVLwBDJWMI

The Washington Post is reportedly working on a story as well:
The Washington Post is contacting people whose donation info was leaked and who gave as little as 40 dollars to the truckers to ask them why they did so

Twitter was spotted as currently having an exception to their own rule:
Reuters News published the donors. The donors list came via a hacked spreadsheet. Twitter took no action. https://t.co/VGvKpVAy1B

I demand @Twitter take down all tweets related to this outrage!!!!!
I mean…that is the standard, right? And not just the documents…but even tweets about the documents? https://t.co/5Uc7SDPLoI

Doesn't this go against Twitter's policy of posting personal information?
— JessBlane1122 (@blane1122) February 16, 2022
It's only a violation of TOS when conservatives do it.

Wait, Twitter selectively enforces its policies? What a shocker!
So, we can dox people now?
I really wish the rules were easily understood……..— BaseballBarry (@baseballbarry2) February 16, 2022
Twitter needs a policy, not a political ideology. https://t.co/VyrkGaUnE1

Sounds like a future class action lawsuit.

SO STRANGE that some hacked material is fine! https://t.co/8yaKs6Bdmm

Sorry, no time to enforce loudly trumpeted policy against disseminating hacked material, busy banning accounts that make lefties look bad by quoting their own tweets accurately https://t.co/ze2fOPNtKF

Defiant L’s got suspended but at least the Left is free to keep threatening a café owner over hacked information.

Twitter's TOS is a dumpster fire of double standards: enforced at will and ignored at will. https://t.co/Fcm3sPfO8h

As for the media helping amplify the hate against regular people who donated to the Freedom Convoy, they’re garbage:
Is everyone just going to breeze past the threats she’s receiving? You aren’t the good guys here.

After reading this story, I'm donating $250 to the truckershttps://t.co/UFW8x77Mde

Canadian press can’t hide its disdain. The store owner’s apology for donating sounds exactly like a forced confession. https://t.co/bzOs3zxie0

Are you now or have you ever been a member of the Communist Party?
The witch hunt for anyone who donated to this convoy will make McCarthyism look like a Sunday picnic. Good people will see see lives ruined, jobs & businesses lost. More anger & division. https://t.co/HNMNfQoanl— Brian Lilley (@brianlilley) February 16, 2022
“Anger and division” — perhaps that’s the goal.
