There are many media takes aging horribly, especially after a jury in Kenosha, Wisconsin found Kyle Rittenhouse not guilty on all charges. Along with some of the media takes, there are fact-checks that are getting renewed attention, such as this one from Politifact last year:

Politifact should be legally required say the words “fact-check” only if it’s accompanied by the most exaggerated finger quotes possible.
FACT CHECKERS decided Kyle Rittenhouse was guilty back in August 2020

The Politifact ruling is based on what prosecutors claimed, which obviously the jury didn’t buy.
I struggle to believe that this isn't a photoshop job

Politifact has had multiple fact-checks age poorly in the wake of the Rittenhouse trial.
