People are wondering why the AP has Kyle Rittenhouse trial stories filed under 'racial injustice'

Closing arguments at the Kyle Rittenhouse trial begin today, and the Associated Press will of course be among media outlets covering the story. However, the way the AP has Rittenhouse stories categorized has caught some attention:
