The U.S. Department of Justice will not investigate several Democrat governors for their nursing home policies, and the Biden DOJ has also announced they’re dropping fraud charges against five Chinese researchers who lied on Visa applications to cover up some connections:

The researchers were charged with concealing their ties to China’s military
On Thursday and Friday, the U.S. government filed motions in federal courts to dismiss charges in five cases of Chinese researchers arrested on visa fraud charges last year. All pleaded not guilty to falsifying visa applications to conceal military ties as well as other charges.
