It all started with a leaked video that appears to show Canadian PM Justin Trudeau and others talking about President Trump behind his back:
Candid video appears to show Trudeau, Macron and Johnson joking about Trump https://t.co/0fu6Gv2POL

Eventually word of that got to Trump:
Trump was asked if he saw the video of Trudeau and other world leaders speaking at Buckingham Palace. Of that he says Trudeau is two-faced. Says he called Trudeau out on not spending enough on defence, says he thinks Trudeau was upset about that.

Trump also added a description of Trudeau:
BREAKING: Donald Trump just called Prime Minister Justin Trudeau two-faced during photo op with German Chancellor Angela Merkel

“Two-faced” Trudeau:
Trump responds to video of Trudeau poking fun at him behind his back: “Well, he's two-faced. And with Trudeau, he's a nice guy. I find him to be a nice guy, but the truth is, I called him out on the fact that he's not paying 2%, and I guess he's not very happy about it.”

President Trump called Justin Trudeau "two-faced" after Canada's PM was caught on camera appearing to joke about Trump with other world leaders at an event Tuesday night. Naturally the media can be counted on to take offense on behalf of Trudeau:
MEDIA YESTERDAY: [GIGGLE, SWOON] “Oh look, they’re slamming Trump behind his back.”
MEDIA TODAY: “That damned Trump! He called Trudeau two-faced!” pic.twitter.com/erQQ3YMSuS

But elsewhere, Trump’s description of Trudeau was found to be a multi-leveled zinger:
Two-faced, black-faced… Whichever. https://t.co/bcEhY9VlSp

Everyone needs to calm down. Yes, President Trump called Canadian PM Trudeau 'two-faced.'
He's telling the truth. Trudeau simply hasn't worn his blackface in many years.
