Judge lets CNN & Jim Acosta know when their WH timeout nightmare might (or might NOT) end

CNN’s lawsuit against the Trump administration moved forward today, and the intrepid Resistance reporter was in attendance:

Story coming, but a few quick takeaways:
– Robust questioning of both sides, but judge's Qs suggested skepticism about CNN's First Amendment args
– DOJ argued broadly that the president basically has total discretion when it comes to press access, could kick out anyone/everyone

The judge let all involved parties know when a decision is coming:

Arguments just finished in the CNN v. Trump case re: Jim Acosta's credentials, no decision from the bench. The judge is having everyone come back tomorrow at 3pm and he'll announce his decision. More to come.
