As Twitchy told you Monday night, Fox News’ Shannon Bream reported that she abandoned live coverage outside the Supreme Court due to feeling threatened by protesters. ABC News chief foreign correspondent Terry Moran saw it differently:
I was broadcasting from the SCOTUS plaza until 11:00PM that night. The protests were raucous; chants, posters and bullhorns on both sides. But I found it very democratic, all-American. I saw pro-choice and pro-life demonstrators arguing—passionately but civilly. I felt no threat. https://t.co/7gwTDgUhEG

Something tells us if the tweets about being threatened came from a reporter at an outlet other than Fox News the claim of threats wouldn’t have been disputed.
As long as you felt safe I guess everything was okay. https://t.co/755ndHzAcu

Is there any doubt that a Fox News reporter might have had a different experience covering a crowd including angry leftists than a journo from ABC News?
You mean you weren't harassed and called a blonde bimbo? Weirdhttps://t.co/hPg57oCoXv

You hardly have to scratch the surface to see leftists sexism on display.

Moran heard about it on Twitter:
But it's news when an old lady at a Trump rally yells at Jim Acosta.

We went from "Trump's anti-media rhetoric is dangerous" to "suck it up, buttercup" as quickly as you could say "Fox News".

Why discredit her experience? So what if you weren't threatened.

There are many situations where a man might feel comfortable and a woman might feel unsafe. For example, walking alone on the street at night.
Unless you actually saw what happened to Shannon at SCOTUS, you have no right to gas light her like this. https://t.co/Iwh5a7zseJ

Yes, Terry. You wouldn't feel threatened because the fascist thugs know you're on their side. https://t.co/AO2AmZeTYe

You're male and on their side. She's a woman, and seen as the 'enemy'…are we really going to pretend she had no reason to feel less safe than you felt?
