Rep. John Conyers reportedly paying off a harassment settlement with a taxpayer-funded supply of congressional money isn’t going over well with a good portion of the country, and Larry Elder has an idea for the Michigan Democrat:

Every 2 years @RepJohnConyers introduces a resolution for reparations to blacks for slavery. What about reparations to taxpayers for the sex harassment claim Conyers settled with taxpayer money?
