DNC tries to sound constitutional alarm about Trump's Obamacare EO, gets embarrassed BADLY instead

As Twitchy told you earlier, Nancy Pelosi freaked out about President Trump’s Obamacare EO (even though Pelosi has no idea what it is yet). The DNC followed suit with this doozy:
