'Heartbeat away': Joe Biden reminds Americans that 2nd Amendment doesn't allow bazooka or 'F-15 with Hellfire missiles'

Last night, Joe “buy a shotgun” Biden weighed in on the horrible mass shooting at Umpqua Community College in Oregon:
