In Iraq, ISIS militants have committed mass murder, seized Saddam’s chemical weapons stockpile and are threatening more lives.
The situation has grown so dire that Iraq’s ambassador to the United States, Lukman Faily, joined a hashtag effort to stop ISIS’ murderous rampage:
