Why is Jimmie Johnson getting congratulated for winning last year's Daytona 500?

During a delay for bad weather at the Daytona 500, to fill time, Fox showed a replay of last year’s race, which was won by Jimmie Johnson. Many people thought they were watching this year’s race.

Johnson received congratulations … again:
