Even for Cenk, this is a bit insane.
Somehow the left has looked at dozens of anti-Israel 'protests,' witnessed some of the most obscene and direct antisemitism in recent memory, watched Jewish students assaulted, bullied and blocked from entering campus buildings and come away with the idea pro-Palestinian protesters are the real victims here.
Of course, never to be outdone, Cenk Uygur can only fail upwards and managed to take it to an even more ridiculous extreme.
I was accosted in public two days ago (just hate speech), now the peace protestors at UCLA have been violentyly attacked. Is this country going to protect Muslim-Americans and people who support them? Or is it open season on us because racism against Muslims is no big deal?

Yesterday, a young guy asked me if I was "pro-Palestine." I said yes. He then went on a racist rant about how Muslims deserve to be killed for what they did to Israel. That's harrassment and a call for violence. Do I get to shut down every pro-Israel gathering in America now?

The police have allowed pro-Palestinian activists to intimidate, harass and physically assault Jewish students for weeks.
Cable news is a joke. They bring on Republican and Democratic consultants to bash student protesters. All four stooges on the panel say how awful the students are without ever explaining why the students are protesting Israel. The war crimes and atrocities are never mentioned.
