Facebook sets IPO at $38 per share

If you were looking forward to buying a piece of Facebook, it’s going to cost you $38 per share.

The company announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 421,233,615 shares of its common stock just one day before the trading goes live on NASDAQ tomorrow, May 18th.

The public offering will raise $16 billion dollars and will go down in the record books as the third largest IPO in United States history.
