Ed Reed threatens to retire, nobody takes him seriously though

Future hall of fame safety Ed Reed has told SiriusXM radio that he’s not 100% committed to playing football for the Baltimore Ravens this season. The 33-year-old seemed to be concerned about his long-term health, yet nobody actually believes he’s going to retire.

Our take: There’s no way Ed Reed retires. As long as Ray Lewis keeps playing and the Ravens remain Super Bowl contenders, there’s no way he’s calling it a career.
