We have an editorial policy that we're not supposed to use nicknames for politicians unless they're widely in use. I, for one, use Extreme Hakeem Jeffries every chance I get, based on the number of X posts he's published with the word "extreme" in them. We had a post earlier that mentioned creepy porn lawyer Michael Avenatti. Whenever I write about California State Sen. Scott Wiener, I always want to call him Creepy State Sen. Scott Wiener. Everything about the guy just screams, " Stranger danger." Did I find it a little disturbing when he marched against ICE with a group of elementary school students and interviewed the fourth grader whose idea it was? Yeah, I did.
Wiener is running for Congress, and he can be seen at a recent campaign event being serenaded by a drag queen dressed as a pig for some reason singing, "Wiener Is a Girl's Best Friend."
