As we reported earlier, even liberal Justice Elena Kagan is calling out Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson over her lack of understanding of longstanding law by firing back at her dissent in the case striking down Colorado's ban on conversion therapy, 8-1. Jackson may be losing the support of her fellow liberal justices, but she has a fan in Rep. Jasmine Crockett, who says that Jackson continues to flex her brilliance on the bench.

This is a silly comment - Justice Jackson graduated “cum laude” from Harvard Law - so below the summa cum laude and magna cum laude grads, somewhere in the top 35% of her class… Not exactly Supreme Court caliber. Justice Barrett graduated #1 in her class. 🤷♂️
