This is one of those where I wish I had a little more context: exactly when this was, and where. Wall Street Apes says it's the New York Immigration Committee, and I have no reason to doubt that.
This person apparently packed up the wife and kid, flew them to Mexico, and then walked across the border, after which they were flown to New York and put up in a shelter or hotel. Or maybe he came in on one of President Biden's "parole flights" after checking in with the CPB One app. I don't know what country he's from, but he expected a warmer welcome from the United States. After all, he's had to move four times this year.
I literally can’t believe this is real

New York Immigration Committee is asking for “official help” for this illegal migrant
- He’s had to move 4x this year
- His wife needs English classes
- He needs childcare
- He needs a bigger home, “Our daughter who is 2 1/2 years old has… pic.twitter.com/7WoBWDVeTM
- He needs a bigger home, “Our daughter who is 2 1/2 years old has to sleep in the same bed with us”
- Doesn’t want to move anymore
- “Nobody has citizenship”
Watching this is WILD
It sounds like the humanitarian thing would be to fly him home to his own country so that he could have permanent housing and speak the same language as everyone else. As he said, they don't have childcare so his wife can't take English classes.
Is there some reason he can't send his daughter to Head Start? "Head Start services are available at no cost to children ages birth to 5 in eligible families." Is his family ineligible because they're here illegally? That hasn't stopped other public schools from being overwhelmed with illegal immigrant children who don't speak English.
This reminds me of a VIP post I did back in May, about a woman whose family had been moved from a New York City hotel to an apartment in Rochester, where her food and rent were still paid for. She didn't like it though: "It's very traumatic… Rochester no good." I used to visit my buddy at the Rochester Institute of Technology, and Rochester didn't seem that bad.

That's quite the surge if it can reverse the population decline.
There’s no way you’re trying to put a positive spin on this. 🤦🏻♀️
