Donald Trump Promises to End Biden-Harris Administration's 'Parole Flights'

AP Photo/Alex Brandon

Twitchy reported back in April that the Biden-Harris administration wasn't secretly flying in hundreds of thousands of migrants — the flights weren't "secret," just "lacking in transparency." President Joe Biden had flown 325,000 migrants from Cuba, Haiti, Nicaragua, and Venezuela into the country on "parole flights" so far. Migrants in those countries could use the handy CPB One app on their phones to book their flights and be cleared to fly in over the border directly into 45+ American cities.

Last month, Fox News' Bill Melugin reported that Biden has temporarily paused these CHNV "parole flights" after an internal report unearthed large amounts of fraud in the program. The report unearthed large amounts of fraud in applications for those sponsoring the applicants.

Donald Trump to Melugin that, if elected, he would immediately put an end to the CPB One app and the CHNV flights.

… who have already been allowed into the US via the Biden programs since January 2023, telling me his message to those migrants is "get ready to leave".

I asked the Harris campaign if she will keep the controversial Biden admin parole programs if elected - but they did not answer the question, instead sending me a statement that touts her experience as a prosecutor, and expresses her support for the bipartisan border deal.

For what it's worth, that bill would have ended the CBP One cell phone app paroles, but it would have kept in place the CHNV migrant flights program.

70,000 - 80,000 migrants are allowed to come into the US lawfully every month between the two Biden programs combined. They are not counted in Border Patrol data as they are not illegal crossings, and they bypass Border Patrol entirely.
