I did a post-Monday about the weekend's pride parades on the tail end of Pride Month (which is finally over). As part of Seattle's pride parade, a bunch of nude men rode their bicycles down the street.

The Post Millennial's Savannah Hernandez was there in San Francisco, where pride is a big deal, and took a peek behind the 18-and-over "Fetish Zone":

As I reported, the police in San Francisco told a report that public nudity was legal as long as it wasn't for sexual gratification. So, yeah, express your pride in your sexual orientation by walking naked down the street. That is the gratification.
Toronto also had a bunch of nude men parading down the street:

I've done stories of lesbians literally cutting the transgender stripes off of the progressive pride flag — there's a significant number of LGB people who really want to be cut loose from the TQ people. "All they want to do is get married," right? And use the women's locker room.

People don’t understand the extent to which lesbians and gays in the early gay rights movement fought to keep the fetishists out of the movement, and how necessary that was to gain any legitimacy and success. Fetishists (like the exhibitionists on display here) will take any opportunity to normalize, and publicize their fetishes, and of course a civil rights movement that has to do with sexuality was going to attract them. It was a real concerted effort to keep them out.
Liberals really believe that there is unstoppable momentum towards progress, and are naïve to the reality that it can be reversed. It absolutely can.
It's right there in the name: "pride." These people are proud to walk down the street naked in front of little kids because they've been so oppressed, being relegated to the shadows. What shadows? Now kids can go to their school guidance counselor and have their names and gender changed without their parents' knowledge.
It's sad — a lot of conservatives don't have a problem with the gay and lesbian community … but why do they have to have drag queen makeovers for young children along with dildo ring toss?
There were complaints that the majority of "banned books" were LGBTQ-themed … maybe that's because they were the books with the graphic illustration of sex acts.
How do you get rid of the exhibitionists and the others giving the movement a bad name? And what happened to President Biden's big Pride Month picnic on the White House lawn this year? Too many trans women flashing their fake boobs?
It's no wonder people are defacing those stupid pride murals on the street … because the city is condoning stuff like this.
Good luck to the LGB crowd ridding itself of the fetishists.
