A LOT of people in the replies say that this is no rumor, and their source is Noel Casler, who worked with Trump on "The Apprentice."
Hardly a rumor. @caslernoel worked on the Apprentice and has been saying the combination of heavy drug usage and a strictly fast food diet is the reason. And he’s been saying it on Twitter for nearly a decade.

This is the first we'd heard of him. This is like Slate's "breaking" 2024 report that Trump said the N-word on "The Apprentice" set, according to Jonathon Braun, an editor on the show. Notice how he's never produced the tape? By the way, Slate "broke" the exact same story from Braun in October of 2016.
It's hilarious that they're this desperate. The New York Times editorial board is asking Biden to step aside, his debate performance sucked so badly.
How do we know this clip isn't one of those "cheap fakes" like they do for Biden all the time?
