New York City Mayor Eric Adams is proud to announce the publication of the “New York City Household Consumption-Based Emissions Inventory.” I wouldn’t even want to ask how much the city spent on this research.
It seems as though the city wanted to find out just how much greenhouse gas emissions come from New York City households; meanwhile, China has God knows how many coal-fired generators going. But this way, they can single out household consumption, obviously with an eye on how to reduce household consumption. Yes, it all leads back to eating bugs and owning nothing and liking it.
The study is split into five categories: food, goods, housing, private transportation, and services. It turns out food is the leading source of household greenhouse emissions in the city. “Within the food category, eating out and animal products (including meat, dairy, fish, & eggs) are the largest sources, accounting for nearly half of all food emissions.”
Adams suggests New Yorkers look to “plant-powered food.”
We are looking at every option on the menu to fight climate change in NYC.
By making the switch to plant-powered food, we can begin to reduce our city's third largest source of emissions. But we need New Yorkers to join us.

The “climate crisis” is a scam and always has been. But if you want research grant money or to be published in scientific journals, I guess your chances are exponentially increased if you’re sounding the climate emergency alarm.
It’s like you Democrats think to yourselves “What is the most insane thing we can say that these peasants will go along with.” Because “men can be women” was not enough insanity.

NYC deserves you.

The supporters of climate change can give up their consumption of these so-called foods that “contribute” to it.

We don’t need to fight climate change. Try fighting crime

Here for the ratio.
Nice job, NYC. This guy might be worse than de Blasio. 🙄

So next is private car ownership, then combustion engine cars, no private home ownership, then travel restrictions to say 15 minute spaces, then carbon tax tied to your social credit score on a CBDC

Is this guy joking? This is his concern? Screw the rampant crime and unbearable cost of living…let’s take away meat and dairy from the people! Tackling the real issues as usual.

Not that I was planning on visiting any time soon what with the rampant crime and scorching violence, but not being able to get a steak on top of getting mugged and beaten to death kind of seals the deal here. Guess I'll be visiting Florida!

Please stop. Florida is getting too crowded.

So the global elite, who fly their private jets to Davos every year, are going to use the “climate crisis” to dictate what you eat now.
