Wow, New York just doesn’t learn. The AP is reporting that the New York legislature is considering a bill that would require people applying for a handgun license to turn over a list of their social media accounts so their “character and conduct” could be verified … by whom? We don’t know.

“Shall not be infringed” just means nothing to these people.
