CTV News Ottawa is your home for live, local, breaking news, and boy, do they have a scoop. Those Canadian truckers have thrown up a little structure in Confederation Park to hand out food and supplies … and no one from the police, the city, or the National Capital Commission was there to stop them.
Truckers erect a structure to hand out food and supplies and no one from the Police, City or the NCC is there to stop them. https://t.co/T98qMdSCLt

Protesters took over several city blocks in Portland for weeks and the mayor just let it happen (until three people were shot and killed). That’s a story.
How evil of them.

How about we ask these folks to move on down Sussex and see what they can do for 24 Sussex! In the span of 24 hours, they have built more than the NCC has in years!

Maybe @JustinTrudeau should hire these #Truckers to help build the affordable housing they have been promising since 2015.
It took them less than a day to build this.
Imagine if they had a month to build homes???

Yeah, and it's on wheels, because they were told they weren't allowed to build a permanent structure. Could the city be any more stupid?

The mainstream media in Canada seems just as bad as that in the U.S.
