Leeroy Johnson, who shot this video, says the man being arrested is an anti-mandate activist who was arrested two times last week for trying to order food without proof of vaccination. This follows the arrests of four who were part of a “sit-in” at a New York Applebee’s and the arrest of six at a Cheesecake Factory.
