It’s a dilemma: you’re white, you’re progressive, and you end up bringing into the world just what it doesn’t need — another white male. It’s problematic for sure; toxic masculinity is all around just waiting to infect your little one, but one mother has found a solution. She’s stocked up on children’s books about consent and gender identity — no fairy tales here in which the prince kisses the sleeping princess without her consent.
The framing of this, “I have a white male son and I need to teach him not to be awful which clearly he will be because he’s a white male,” seems just designed to mess up a kid. pic.twitter.com/AwKlUns8MY

Like yes we need to teach kids in general not to hurt others, it just feels weird to tell them so young “well you’re especially going to be a bad person, it’s inevitable”

Here’s an emotionally unbalanced woman who is bigoted against her own child.
I’m terrified for this kid. She is going to damage him in unspeakable ways.

This kid NEEDS a father figure

I’m gonna go on a limb and say daddy is either gone or soon to be

She seems nice. My guess is her husband spends ALOT of time away from the house. Lots of hobbies and "working late"

Narrator: Little did she know, the awful doesn’t fall too far from the tree.

That child is going to be the subject of some serious social experimentation.

I hope she's saving for all of the therapy he'll need from this psychological abuse.

The funny thing is, unless the kid is handicapped, they're likely to rebel in their teens. She's more or less raising her son to hate her in his adulthood and renounce his family name.

I say this including me. But people from the 90s-00s shouldn’t be parêntś

Wish I was around to see how this backfires in her face.

Psychopath. It’s like minority report, or should I say maternity report, for this completely innocent baby.
— Travis Hibdon (@HibdonT) May 22, 2021
How does she know she birthed a male? He hasn’t revealed his gender yet.

Those books are fantastic for any child, regardless of race, religion, creed or sex. It's a little on the "Look How Super Woke I Am" side for mom to reference the kid's race and sex like that predestines him to be a predator, but the material here just isn't a problem.
— NtOnYrLf (@NtOnYrLf) May 22, 2021
The books don’t seem bad. He’ll prolly be alright.
— Lauren (@laurentherabbit) May 22, 2021
I see nothing wrong with any of those books, as long as they're part of a much broader scope of education.
If 100% of the kid's education is centred on that, then obviously it's weird and problematic.— TROB-O-MATIC (@sossmak) May 22, 2021
The books are great. I commend her for them.
However, her blanket statement calling white men awful helps no one but does increase her virtue signaling Tik Tok fandom so I suppose she’s helping herself.— Donna Vivino (@donnavivino) May 22, 2021
"White male"
I can attest that all black and brown dudes come out of the wombs super-woke. I know I did.

Critical Race Parenting, what could go wrong?
— Christopher F. Rufo ⚔️ (@realchrisrufo) May 22, 2021
We noticed she didn’t yet have a copy of Ibram X. Kendi’s “Antiracist Baby,” so her library is incomplete.
