Back in March, we reported on a group of teachers and others in Loudoun County compiling a list of parents suspected of disagreeing with the schools’ effort to incorporate critical race theory — in part to “infiltrate” online parent groups and even use “hackers” to silence parents’ communications and “expose these people publicly.”
Now we’re hearing that a pilot for American Airlines is being investigated over social media posts criticizing the incorporation of critical race theory into his school district.
Proponents of CRT in our school district are now doxxing parents who criticized CRT implementation to get them fired from their jobs. Ironic, considering these same activists sent out nasty mailers naming other parents and waged a bullying campaign. https://t.co/7fDzs83jTN

The Dallas News reports:
American Airlines is investigating one of its pilots after social media users urged the company to review his posts and podcasts criticizing Carroll ISD’s proposed diversity and inclusion initiative and its supporters.
Guy Midkiff, 62, is a Southlake resident who has been a pilot at American for 32 years, according to his LinkedIn profile.
“We are troubled by the allegations made and have launched an investigation into the matter,” an American Airlines representative said Wednesday in an email.
…
The Southlake Anti-Racism Coalition, led by current and former students, included four screenshots of Midkiff’s Twitter posts in a tweet that read, “Your employee has been harassing students and community members relentlessly for months for speaking out against the racism they experience in our town. From targeting individual minors and accosting our organization, here are just some of his most recent unprofessional comments.”
American responded in a tweet, “Your comments concern us so please DM the link where it shows the employee comments for us to take a closer look.”

The exchange goes:
Hey @AmericanAir, why is this man saying he is a pilot for your airline? He is consistently harassing minority females in Southlake and now is going after our students! SARC stands for the Southlake Anti-Racism coalition and is made up mostly of students. Kids! https://t.co/DQtWAlCKYZ

This employee stands against @AmericanAir’s commitment to inclusion and diversity. It’s clear what he thinks about your training; did he even have to participate or is it just a thing you use for marketing?

We were able to provide American with this and other examples. The worst of it disappeared when he was deplatformed. pic.twitter.com/Rx4JbfJQz0

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Your comments have been shared with our leadership for internal review.

If @WiseGuyTalks loses his job over such innocuous posts, I will never fly on your airline again.

People’s opinions on local and school matters are not the purview of their employers.
Unless someone breaks a law – it’s none of your business – as a company – what someone’s politics happen to be.
This was a chance for AA to stand up for personal freedoms.
You failed.

I will never fly American Airlines again. Cowards.

Here Dana Loesch:
The parent in question never publicly divulged his job. Why is @AmericanAir targeting someone at the behest of adult progressives behind some of these CRT groups, some who engage in repeated harassment of women in the community who speak against CRT? https://t.co/wdRoasXBf0

For the clueless not following this story: the groups doxxing everyone have spent the past year accusing their victims of bullying while actually doing the bullying themselves.

I want to live in a society where my kids learn reading, writing, arithmetic, civics, and history not new wave politics disguised as these subjects.

Lots of lawsuits coming.

It is so shameful and sad. I feel fortunate that Idaho banned CRT. However, it's still here in Idaho.
Dam a stream and the water will find another way to get through. CRT is all around us, unfortunately.— Valerie Larsen (@Valerie74759284) May 14, 2021
WTF does this have to do with his ability as a pilot.
Oh wait they are now more interested in diversity and equity than qualifications.— mick jones (@Mick_Jones269) May 14, 2021
Are these people sociopaths or cowards? And how to counterattack?

It's a sickness.

Don't ever give in to their tactics. They are NOT the majority in our country. Just louder. Can't let this keep happening.

If your employer can't fire you for your religion or "gender expression" they shouldn't be able to fire you for your politics.
Maybe here Ds and Rs can work together to extend worker protection.

I would hope that @AmericanAir is not using the hate filled, racist and non-inclusive theories espoused by CRT in their training. I’m now sure what this has to do with being a good pilot.
— Gary Allen (@gary995) May 14, 2021
This is bad @AmericanAir. As an EP elite I’d better not see you start punishing good employees for their opinions based on the unfounded screaming of the Twitter mob.
— Mad Scientist (@Angry_PhD) May 14, 2021
Is American Airlines demanding all employees believe in and endorse the Marxist/communist "critical race theory" teachings?
What's next, a demand that they have to vote Biden or (D) in all future elections?
— Karl Cardona (@Karl_Cardona7) May 14, 2021
@AmericanAir update?
— Stanley Morrical (@StanMorrical) May 14, 2021
We checked the Twitter feed of @WiseGuyTalks, and he posted today but hasn’t mentioned anything about the American Airlines incident on his feed.
