In case you watched the impeachment hearings Wednesday with Ambassador Gordon Sondland but weren’t sure what to think about them, CNN has come up with a list of five takeaways from Sondland’s “bombshell” testimony.
US Ambassador to the European Union Gordon Sondland changed the course of the House impeachment inquiry into President Trump. Here are five takeaways from Sondland's bombshell testimony: https://t.co/4BTkxakc4d
— CNN (@CNN) November 20, 2019
Rep. Mark Meadows says at least three of those bombshells are duds.
Respectfully… at least 3 of the 5 “takeaways” listed in this article explicitly collapsed under questioning – when Gordon Sondland admitted no one had ever told him of a quid pro quo, and it was all based on his “presumption” https://t.co/fm4VUCTFQy
— Mark Meadows (@RepMarkMeadows) November 20, 2019
So many bombshells that have turned out to be duds. Is this another one? ?

Hardly

The biggest takeaway is how the media spins every dud testimony into a “bombshell”. It’s crazy.
Universal Takeaways:
1. Biden appeared to Conflict w Berisma.
2. Trump said No Quid Pro Quo
3. Ukraine confirms #2.
4. Trump helped Ukraine.
5. Aid Released, No preconditions

5 take aways
1. Trump said no quid pro quo
2. Security assistance was never discussed
3. Biden wasn’t mentioned, Burisma was
4. Everything else was his assumptions
5. CNN was caught on camera saying they were told to push impeachment— Michael (@MikeDeCSSL) November 20, 2019
One take away…Presumption

We actually watched it. Did you or type up a preconceived hit piece. Sondland’s bombshell was that Trump personally told him(no hearsay) that he wanted nothing. Sondland also said he has no knowledge of aid being tied to investigating the Bidens.
— ma ferguson (@maferguson7777) November 21, 2019
Utter nonsense. Start listening to actual testimony and stop acting as court stenographers for Schiff. Oh, and where's the coverage of Burisma corruption indictments revealed today?
— JimBobLAX (@JimBobLAX) November 20, 2019
@CNN you guys are so far off the mark you're inserting things that you're stating are fact when in fact there was no facts there were feelings and presumption that's it! Misleading the public is not going to be the greatest in the end for you guys
— MilitaryMama17 (@MilitaryMama17) November 20, 2019
What were you watching? The afternoon was a disaster for the Democrats after Sondland admitted there was actually nothing there
— Bill Tsamis (@BillTsamis) November 20, 2019
He said he "presumed". Nothing was changed that the President never asked anyone for quid-pro-quo.
— Marius Hurton (@HurtonMarius) November 20, 2019
"the ambassador said he was "under the impression'"
I see you pay as little attention to your reporting as there rest of the world does.
— Rather Notsay (@rathernotsay) November 20, 2019
He PRESUMED all damn day #fakenews
— Lisa Purdue (@LisaPurdue2) November 20, 2019
He PRESUMED! As much as you want it to be it’s not a “bombshell.”
— Diane Lynn Feck (@rddotinblustate) November 20, 2019
Based on his presumptions. You forgot that part.

— Victor Ramos (@RoadglideVic) November 20, 2019

— Patriot Ready (@RadBoots) November 21, 2019
Bombshell? Lmao. On what he mistakenly perceived
Keep feeding the false narrative

Pompeo, Perry and Pence all reject Sondland’s suppositions.
— Politics101 (@NBfromLB) November 20, 2019
Sondland had no direct evidence regarding the impeachment. CNN lying as usual.
— A J Burton (@bullburton) November 21, 2019
You had to change your chyron in mid-testimony of Gordon Sondland because Schiff lied to you about what he said & you a$$e$ fell for it. Now you want us to believe this article but have left out all the testimony that Republicans elicited making Sondland look like an idiot.
— Judith Lankau (@judith_lankau) November 21, 2019
Lol "bombshell". Swalwell's farts are more of a bombshell than these impeachment hearings.

Bombshell eh? Not sure that means what you think it means
— Spartan6 (@Spartan51474670) November 20, 2019
Bombshell? He made the whole damn thing up. His testimony was destroyed by Jim Jordan. This is why CNN is fake news.
— Motecon (@motecon62) November 21, 2019
Changed the course? Meaning it was going nowhere prior? Clowns
