Who knows how many people Hillary Clinton inspired to get out and vote for Donald Trump by calling his supporters “baskets of deplorables”? She certainly didn’t win any over to her side.
Of course, no one’s shy about attributing to Trump’s supporters every evil they see in him; to them, Trump is without question a white supremacist, and that makes anyone who supports him a white supremacist.
Kurt Schlichter, columnist over at Twitchy sister-site Townhall, often reminds conservatives on Twitter that liberals hate them, and some blue checks, including Soledad O’Brien, made that perfectly clear.
