Um… Elizabeth Warren says just a 2 percent tax on the wealthiest families will pay for free everything

Two things we already knew about 2020 candidate Elizabeth Warren before Monday night’s CNN town hall: she’s a big fan of “universal” everything — pre-K, college, health care, child care, whatever — and she thinks a wealth tax on only the “tippy-top” of earners will pay for it all. Just hold up the richest of the rich by the ankles, shake the money out of their pockets, and there’ll be plenty of cash to make America a utopia for all.
