Rick Scott honored to have won 'close but decisive victory,' says it's time to move forward

As Twitchy reported earlier, the noon deadline for each Florida county to have its unofficial vote count to the Secretary of State came and went, leaving both Ron DeSantis and Rick Scott in the lead.

However, recounts in both races have been triggered, compelling Democratic gubernatorial candidate Andrew Gillum to withdraw his concession to DeSantis.
