It was only a couple of posts ago that we referred to that incident where Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell and his wife, Transportation Secretary Elaine Chao, were confronted as they left a Georgetown event by a little mini-mob waiting outside to harass them — which Chao wasn’t having, by the way. Their beef: children separated from their families at the border, which didn’t seem to bother them during the last administration.
So as both the press and cable news coordinate their efforts to counter the idea that Democrat protesters have ever formed an angry mob, HuffPost jumped in and decided to highlight the thoughts of a woman whose claim to fame is — confronting McConnell in an airport.

The thing is, her side might have lost the election, but their end goal is implementing their “brave, bold vision” for all of us, so we can all enjoy the benefits of what “justice” means to them. So it’s all good, right?
I am the executive director of Positive Women’s Network – USA (PWN), a national network of women and transgender people living with HIV — but you may know me as one of “those people” who followed McConnell through Washington, D.C.’s National Airport last week, as seen in a tweet that quickly went viral. I, and others like me, confronted McConnell and other politicians in airports and offices and elevators earlier this month because they refuse to meet with the people whom they allegedly represent.
Not “allegedly” represent: they represent the people who elected them to represent them. Remember when Barack Obama said that elections have consequences?
Oh, and Khanna also occupied McConnell’s office and interrupted Sen. Susan Collins’ floor speech from the gallery:
What happened at the airport that afternoon is only one part of the story. Last Friday morning, I was among dozens of sexual assault survivors of color who occupied McConnell’s office during the cloture vote on Brett Kavanaugh’s nomination to the U.S. Supreme Court, chanting, “We do not consent! No more rapists in power!”
No more rapists in power? Not even Christine Blasey Ford accused Brett Kavanaugh of rape. Neither did any other woman who came forward. So it looks like “justice” for the mob doesn’t include due process.
