Even Vox and its four legal scholars have to admit Kavanaugh's testimony "probably not perjury"

You know this had to hurt the editors at Vox: they consulted four legal scholars regarding Democrats’ perjury charges against Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh and had to admit: it’s probably not perjury. You can stop beating that drum now, Sen. Leahy.

This, of course, undercuts all those liberal fantasies of Kavanaugh being confirmed and then immediately impeached.

But do Kavanaugh’s inaccurate statements rise to the level of perjury? Did he commit a federal crime? I put the question to several legal scholars, and the reply I received was generally: “no.”
