As Twitchy reported earlier Thursday, a tweet by Judy Woodruff was getting quite a bit of traction Wednesday because it teased that former DNI James Clapper was going to admit on TV that Russia actually decided the 2016 election by swinging 80,000 votes in three states — despite President Obama assuring us that no such thing was possible.
