Quite a few people are noticing that CNN isn’t playing around Tuesday night with the text that wraps around the bottom third of the screen. For example, check out the chyron that reads, “BREAKING NEWS: White House repeats Trump’s false claim that he’s tougher on Russia than Obama.”
HAHAHA
There are reasons to criticize Trump admin foreign policy. Inadequate resp to renewed Syrian civilian bombing. Catastrophic theory & policy Lebanese state institutions.
But it is stone cold fact Trump has been tougher on Russia than Obama. Not even close. And yet CNN… pic.twitter.com/BbzIqsnL0i

This isn't even fake news. Its just bullshit false advocacy done by people who – in the best case – just don't know anything. The other alternative is that they do know, and they're using American media platforms to lie to their viewers. https://t.co/E0IUM5vGDg

CNN respectfullly, please tell your producer not to do this. You can’t anniont yourself arbiter of these debates
Strikes on Russian backed forces in Syria. Lethal asst to Ukraine, reforming NATO armor/airborne forces, military/intel increases all tougher on Putin than last Admin pic.twitter.com/ULuU699J54
— John Noonan (@noonanjo) February 21, 2018
You can get experts to debate the merits of each admin’s policies, that’s perfectly fine. But this isn’t just putting your finger on the scale — it’s sitting on it.
I agree when you say a free and fair press is important. Pls remember the latter

Noonan makes great points. Does anyone at CNN remember Barack Obama’s vanishing red line in Ukraine? Do they know that President Trump in December broke with Obama-era policy and approved the sale of lethal arms to Ukraine?

Remember this zinger from Garry Kasparov, who’s certainly not in the tank for Trump?
Yes, Obama could sell his red lines on eBay as new. They are all in mint condition, never used!

Remember? … well, yes, we remember a lot of things.
Has CNN even acknowledged that Trump had 200-300 Russian mercenaries killed in Syria last week? Do they know?

Hey, @CNN:
On what planet is this "false?" Did Trump send a re-set button? Promise to be more flexible after election? Do nothing in response to an INVASION in Europe? pic.twitter.com/jN8iUD0HuU

Well, maybe Trump is tough on Russia now, but should we be worried about what happens after 2020, when he has more "flexibility"? Almost as if they've all forgotten about that. https://t.co/xkeLzYUeyG

If I was advising @realDonaldTrump, I'd tell him to start quoting Obama on Russia:
"The Cold War is over"
"Russia is no threat"
"Putin wants to work with us"
"Putin is very polite, our meetings are very businesslike"Quote Obama word for word and watch the Left's response. https://t.co/qC4EgFevtN

@CNN How was this graded or scored? Who did that? https://t.co/huYNHPHa6v
— Justin Biebighauser (@JBiebighauser) February 21, 2018
@CNN couldn't care less. Their goal is advocacy, agitation and sensationalism. No journalistic integrity left in the running of that place. I can't even watch them anymore.

I think you meant to write "CNN lying about Obama's Russia record in chyron tonight" https://t.co/EjnoGDSSpv
— Ben Shapiro (@benshapiro) February 21, 2018
We have to keep asking, CNN: Is this an apple or a banana?
