After they had been online for a couple of years, Salon finally decided to delete a couple of controversial pieces and maybe soften the outlet’s apparent pro-pedophilia stance.
Salon was blasted for publishing a piece called, “I’m a pedophile, but not a monster,” inspiring the author to publish a follow-up about how his defense of pedophilia made him a target of the vile right-wing hate machine. So, only right-wingers gave him a hard time for trying to normalize pedophilia? That actually very, very sad.
Why the BBC would decide now is a good time to follow Salon’s lead escapes us, but here’s where some of that TV licensing fee is going:

The agenda to normalize pedophilia marches on. Sorry, IT'S NOT WORKING!

Normalising the concept is the first stage to getting it accepted. This needs to be stopped. I am ashamed of you, BBC.

BBC please don't start this acceptance bullshit. We should never have this behaviour.

Is this a joke? Of course sexual attraction to kids should always be condemned. Why is it either/or in his mind?
— Kat (@mostly_sleepy) June 17, 2017
What steps did you take to ensure that this man is telling the truth about never having abused kids? His word?
— Kat (@mostly_sleepy) June 17, 2017
Seems to me the left intends to normalize or apologize for everything that doesn't contradict their social/political agenda.

Pedophilia IS well understood; DSM-5 classifies as a psychiatric disorder & a paraphilia; effects on victims so ruinous it DESERVES stigma!

Sickening .. emotional immaturity and emotional disfunction. Destroying a child's innocence is grounds for prison and castration

This is beyond foul. How dare anyone seek this subject for any reason other than condemnation and accountability.

Trying to make paedos into victims now? BBC, does your brazen propaganda have no limit?

Are you trying to construct another identity group to advocate for?
