Andrew Bolt, a conservative columnist for the Herald-Sun in Australia, noted on his blog Wednesday, “We must intimidate and humiliate the enemies of free speech, and not let them intimidate and humiliate us.”
He was speaking from recent experience, after having been accosted from behind on the sidewalk and sprayed with a combination of dye and glitter by two men. A third recorded the confrontation on video, likely not expecting the footage he ended up capturing.

Bolt help up pretty well, but the suit didn’t make it. So, he set up an auction for the suit with proceeds going to the Very Special Kids charity.
