OINK OINK, BANG BANG: Leader of Philadelphia protest march calls Dallas shooting 'justified rage'

As Dallas police were scrambling Saturday after a suspicious person was spotted in a parking garage near police headquarters, protesters in Philadelphia were participating in a march led by a man who called Thursday’s killing of five Dallas police officers “justified.”
