We’re not trying to imply that author and New York Times columnist Charles M. Blow is a Hillary Clinton supporter, but appearing on CNN this afternoon, Blow opined that Bernie Sanders is “the first Occupy Wall Street presidential candidate.”
Bernie Sanders is "the first Occupy Wall Street presidential candidate," tapping into the energy of the movement, @CharlesMBlow says on @CNN

Now that Blow mentions it, we do recall Sanders mentioning Wall Street every now and then during debates and rallies. But when he talks about tapping into the OWS movement, we recall this movement and feel compelled to wash our hands.
Sanders is proud to bring up his participation in the civil rights movement, but we’re just not nostalgic for the protests that introduced “rape tents” to America’s vocabulary and created new jobs for fumigators and power washers in New York’s Zuccotti Park.

@brianstelter @CharlesMBlow @CNN Gag me.I'm so sick of hearing about him. You'd think he was the second coming rather than where has he been.
