Both Hillary Clinton campaign, GOP 'pleased' with grant of immunity for former IT staffer

As Twitchy reported earlier, the Justice Department has granted immunity to Bryan Pagliano, a former IT staffer at the State Department who set up and maintained Hillary Clinton’s homebrew email server. Pagliano had previously taken the Fifth, but is now reportedly cooperating with the FBI. The reaction of the Clinton campaign to the news? Obviously, they’re pleased that the “routine security audit” that has been so blown out of proportion is making progress.

The GOP hasn’t hesitated to spread the good news as well, although they’re calling it a “criminal investigation.”

Both the Washington Post and New York Times are reporting that the FBI is likely to ask to interview Clinton in the coming months. The Times says that FBI agents have sought to compare timestamps on classified sources to determine whether Clinton’s aides reviewed the sources and then retyped the information into emails that were sent or forwarded to her private server.
