We’d seen plenty of unsubstantiated tweets about voter fraud in Nevada, but reports of men in Ku Klux Klan garb, carrying signs identifying them as members of the New England Police Benevolent Police Association? It seems that tip was called in by Nevada State Senator Aaron D. Ford.
So, friends of mine observed this at a republican caucus location this evening. I'll admit, I'm boiling right now. ? pic.twitter.com/baDftDUyxm

My son has me between years/anger and laughter now. He's so innocent. Glad he's here with me now to calm me down. https://t.co/zfzLGWqNF9

@AaronDFordNV @mattdpearce was this real or a protest?
— Chris Hayes (@chrislhayes) February 24, 2016
.@chrislhayes @mattdpearce who knows? I'm very disturbed. Thank God for the innocence of my 10-year-old son, who encouraged me through this.

Seeing men walking around in Klan outfits would make one’s blood boil. Still, we just can’t help but notice what so many others have; either it’s a trick of the lighting, or these two Klan members are black, judging by their hands.

@RalstonReports @AaronDFordNV my guess is these guys are BLM trolls. Look, the guy on the left is not white.

For what it’s worth, the New York Daily News — not exactly a pro-Trump publication — identified the Klansmen as members of the New England Police Benevolent Police Association, “a controversial group that endorsed Trump in December.”
The group also boycotted President Obama’s Labor Day event in Boston to draw attention to his lack of support of law enforcement, and as shown in this photo from the Boston Globe, its members are really, really, white.

Probably an anti-Trump stunt…but I seriously don't know what to believe anymore https://t.co/56mg6yHVXG
