Young women photobombed by creepy old man hanging around Dartmouth campus

Despite what they actually mean, the government still says that if you see something, you should say something. It’s to the credit of Dinesh D’Souza, then, that he didn’t ignore this encounter but rather retweeted it as a caution to other young women.
