ABC News reports that the summit “is part of efforts by the U.S. and partners to ‘secure new commitments’ and sustained support for U.N. humanitarian appeals,” many of which are less than 50 percent funded, said Power.

No; according to Slate, it was climate change that created ISIS, which created the Syrian refugee crisis. Once the effects of the Paris climate change summit kick in, the refugee crisis should solve itself.
