Emily Miller: Stockpiles of ammunition are not the sign of a criminal

We all know that the sensible gun control laws in effect in California — site of yesterday’s mass shooting that killed 14 — are working, because Sen. Barbara Boxer told us they are. Emily Miller, investigative reporter and author of “Emily Gets Her Gun … But Obama Wants to Take Yours,” notes that it’s “very common, perfectly reasonable, and cost-effective” for a law-abiding shooter to order large quantities of ammo online.
