As Twitchy reported on Friday, police ejected three people from a Donald Trump rally in Birmingham, Ala., after what was either a scuffle, a physical altercation, or a riot, depending on your source.
Much of the confusion arose from a shaky 30-second video tweeted by CNN with the text, “A black protester at Trump’s rally today in Alabama was shoved, tackled, punched & kicked.” CNN’s online write-up of the incident said that “a half-dozen attendees shoved and tackled the protester, a black man, to the ground as he refused to leave the event,” adding that the all-white mob punched the man and “kicked him while he was on the ground.” However, despite that account, police reported that there were no arrests or injuries.
Several people have since posted video of the incident from different angles, but the question remains: was it a scuffle or a riot? At tonight’s rally in Columbus, Trump, not one to apologize for previous statements, insisted that the protester was “misbehaving badly.”
Politico’s Roger Simon maintains that the black protester was “beaten up.”
Trump: "This guy was taken out of my speech. He was misbehaving badly." (Trump version of black man beaten up at his speech.)

No editorializing from the Washington Post’s Jenna Johnson.
Donald Trump on that protester thrown out of his Birmingham rally: "He was really misbehaving badly."

@wpjenna @FreedomJames71 He , HIMSELF dropped to the floor! No one hit this man. CNN owes supporters an apology for lying!

CNN later posted its “heavily edited” 30-second Twitter clip to YouTube, where it expands to 1:47 and puts the lie to CNN’s claim that “all of the attendees who were involved in the physical altercation with the protester were white,” unless shoving doesn’t count.

Is there a non-biased news source that might want to look into that?
