Just this morning, GOP frontrunner Donald Trump tweeted that he would not be making any appearances on Fox News, claiming that the network had been unfair to him. That didn’t stop Fox News from talking about him, and tonight on “The Kelly File,” National Review editor Rich Lowry’s appraisal of Trump must have had the guy manning the bleep-out button in a sweat.
