Asked by reporters in late June if she supported or opposed the construction of the Keystone XL pipeline, presidential candidate Hillary Clinton answered, “I will refrain from commenting.” What sort of dodge is that?
Today in Iowa, Clinton at last gave a definitive answer, declaring that she was opposed to construction of the pipeline.
